2. When you send us an email using my site’s online form: your name, your email address, and subject of your query or message.

3. When you download a document or file from this site, we need your email address where our system can send the file, and your full name.

We guaranty you we are not members of any mailing list organisation which means we do not sell your email address and other information collected from this site.

Neither do we share your information with third or external parties except where we are required by applicable legislation, or except as explicitly stated below.

This information is used to determine patterns of interest in this website so that we can determine what material is of most interest to the people accessing this website.

2. Collected when you join as a survey participant

This is used to send your notification of current surveys and other updates.

3. Collected when you download a document or file

This information is required so we know where to send the downloaded material and who are using the information we provide in this site.

How to get access to your information recorded on this site

This site is required to give access to or make corrections to personal information that it has recorded on you. This only applies to information that can be readily identified with an individual.

Note however there are cases where request for access or corrections to personal information may attract fees.

To get access to the information:

1. Collected as a result of connecting to our server.

Since this information is not normally identifiable with an individual, it is thus is not normally personal information within the meaning of the law.

This information is not subject to correction, as it is factual information that was necessarily correct at the time of collection.

2. Collected when you join as a survey participant

Members can check this information by logging in to their account.

3. Collected when you use our online comments boxes.

Your email address is not publicly available. But should you decide to delete your comments, please contact me and I may be able to work out something for you.
